Select your pickup location based on your arrival time or ticket type, then order your merchandise online.
Use the fast lane to collect your order
On show day visit your selected click and collect pickup point and use the fast lane to collect your merchandise.
Show us your pickup confirmation e-mail
To collect your merchandise show us your pickup confirmation e-mail with QR Code. That's it!
FAQ
Pickup locations
Click & Collect Outside
This pickup point is located at the entrance of the Ziggo Dome, right next to the regular merchandise stand. Click & Collect Outside closes before the Ziggo Dome doors open, so only choose this location if you arrive early at the venue.
Click & Collect Seated
Click & Collect Seated is located on the 1st ring South, next to section 109. This pickup point is accessible for visitors with seated tickets on the 1st and 2nd Ring of the Ziggo Dome.
Click & Collect Floor
Click & Collect Floor is for standing tickets only (GA, Golden Circle and Wheelchair tickets). This pickup point is located at the back of the foyer on the ground floor, to the left of the hall, opposite the bar.
